Act as Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Teams Administration, Support, and operational ownership. Provide suggestions and improvements on troubleshooting process.
Requirements:
5+ years IT experience in collaboration platform management
At least 2 years in a role with customer-facing responsibilities
3+ years Office 365 tenant management
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft O365, with emphasis on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Office 365 tenant management, configuration, policy, security, and license management
Microsoft Teams administration, 3rd party app integrations, CQD/Voice services
Advanced PowerShell scripting
SharePoint administration
PowerApps/workflow administration and support
Azure
Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate notes
Professional customer service skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
