Texas Health Dallas’s Emergency Department is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our teamTexas Health Dallas is located at 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231Salary Range: $37.34 - $56.32/hour, commensurate with working experienceSCHEDULEFull-time; 36 hrs/week; 7 PM - 7 AM, Night shift - 2 eight hour shifts, and 2 twelve hour shifts per week with 6 weekend shifts/6 weeks. Weekends are required to be 12 hours.The Emergency Nursing Supervisor position requires a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environmentEmergency Department highlights: Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Fast-Paced, high volume department averaging 200 patients/day The professional nurse exhibits understanding of basic human needs. Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsT he ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree Graduate of an accredited Nursing program BSN preferred. Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is requiredEXPERIENCE Two years’ experience as a clinical nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge Nurse, Committee chair, preceptor) required.
