Description A client of ours is looking to hire a part-time (24 hours/week) Executive Assistant. Global/International travel accommodations are what the client is needing assistance with. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the CEO, CFO and other Sr. Executives as well as provide support to the Human Resources Department.This is a highly visible role which requires someone who is professional, polished, upbeat, enthusiastic about serving others, highly organized, has a high level of integrity and confidentiality, can effectively and seamlessly work with people throughout all levels of the organization, is a self-starter, is both reactive and proactive, and has the ability to navigate complex situations. Requirements
Prioritize multiple needs efficiently, and follow projects through from start to finish with a keen sense of urgency
Book / coordinate travel for Senior Executive Management Team & process travel reimbursements
Draft / edit professional memos, letters, business reports & presentations
Leverages his/her discretion and judgement when planning and coordinate on and off-site team member events and meetings including catering and vendor support
Manage executive calendars
Concur for expense and travel
Microsoft Office Suite
Required to act on behalf of the CEO and CFO in business and organizational matters
Office management including coordination of services, vendors, equipment and supplies
Additional projects and duties as assigned
