Job Description:Overall Purpose:Performs financial project management and analysis work focused on internal AT&T development projects / programs. Typically manages these projects / programs from initiation through delivery. The incumbents are responsible for meeting the project financial requirements by applying financial analytical and project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Conducts end-to-end financial analysis and program management of one or more internal AT&T development programs containing multiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature. May also manage one or more portfolios which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs and other related work to achieve strategic business objectives and expected financial outcomes. May direct cross-functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. May define project / program scope and objectives, direct activities of project teams, and identify resources. Internal AT&T development projects / programs are very complex in nature, with project activities that are distinct for each new project, are company-wide, and require a high level of analysis to create project and financial plans for new concept programs. May work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project/program(s) across the entire organization. May develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and financial analysis. Ensure adherences to quality financial standards and reviews project / program deliverables and financial outcomes. May manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Provides technical and financial analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to client / vendors / leadership.Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.
