Description A recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by. Recruiters source and reach out to talent and ensure they’re a good fit for the company.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· End to end recruitment with warm sourcing utilizing the network of connections that you have built throughout your career as well as being able to source potential candidates through social networks (i.e. LinkedIn).· Reaching out to local networks, organizations, and universities to build a constant pipeline of warm leads.· Comfortable and confident, creating excitement for candidates interested in joining the organization and being able to fully disclose all the benefits of joining the organization.· Schedule and conduct interviews via MS Teams or on-site with potential candidates.· Track candidates interview, hiring and on-boarding process.· Liaise with Leaders, Director of People Operations, and external Recruiting Partners to fully embody the company culture and be able to portray the value proposition to potential employees.· Able to overcome candidate objections professionally and turn passive candidates into engaged prospects.Requirements QUALIFICATIONS· 3+ years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing, Ability to recruit Sales Roles· Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to learn/adapt to a new systems· Passion for working with candidates and the ability to follow up professionally and timely.· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment.Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations and apply knowledge to ask the right questions and identify appropriate solutions effectively and efficiently.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
