W hat You Will Do:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, this position with partner closely with clinical recruiters and marketing leaders. This role will work to support the smooth running of TA operations, reporting, and marketing initiatives

Summary of Responsibilities:

Assist in the roll out and execution of recruitment projects and initiatives.

Working with the Sr Workforce analyst, ensure that all key applicant and hiring reports are accurate, timely, and distributed as needed

Contract Administration duties as assigned for W-2 and non-W-2 workforce

Collaborate with the integrations team on talent acquisition responsibilities

Support field clinical recruiters to align on resources, initiatives, and tools to effectively recruit and hire high quality talent into the organization.

Oversee the administration of critical hiring incentive plans and bonus programs

Perform data audits and assist in departmental budgeting activities

Maintain and manage the master talent acquisition library of, training materials, project plans, and marketing material in our shared drives (SharePoint, Teams, etc…)

Create and maintain departmental templates and reference guides

Ensure confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, marketing or communications preferred.

Minimum 1-3 years working in an operations, HR, recruitment, or marketing coordination capacity

Must demonstrate the ability to interact with experienced academic leaders, recruiters, students, residents, and a comfort level with scheduling and organization.

Be proficient with Microsoft office tools. Specifically, PowerPoint and Excel

Experienced in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks, tracking tools and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.

Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.

Must be results oriented and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Experience with large scale HR systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, iCIMS, or similar systems is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
