REMOTE - Data Governance Analyst (World News And Report Experience)

Our client is searching for a Data Governance Analyst that has experience working with US World News and Report Data for hospitals for a contract position that can be worked remotely. The initial contract should be around 6 months.All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis.Key Responsibilities:· Define metrics and business terms for US News and World Report. · Process data access requests. · Document and maintain metadata in a data catalog. · Organize, track, and set accessibility rules for the data catalog. · Map data sources and analytics to ensure data quality. · Collaborate with data owners and stewards to document knowledge. Technical Skills:· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. · Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum). · Experience in tracking project progress and task completion. · Review data documentation to follow institutional frameworks. Analytical Skills:· Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. · Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity. · Understand healthcare data and governance framework. · Experience with US News and World Report is a plus. Educational Background :· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. · 3-5 years of experience in project management or data/business analysis, preferably in healthcare. All candidates must submit to a drug and background check. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.75/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
