Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with ten or more years of experience to help grow and strengthen our Dallas office. We are looking for a licensed PE with experience delivering complex healthcare, federal, higher education, and industrial projects who is excited to lead major project pursuits, mentor engineers, and help expand our mechanical practice across Texas and the surrounding region.The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, helping expand our capabilities in federal, education, mission critical/data center, healthcare, and industrial markets. This individual will lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical systems, mentor developing engineers, support business development efforts, and help grow the office's technical depth. Through strong leadership and engineering expertise, they will play a key role in advancing Coffman's reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.
