AECOM is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define and drive the technical direction of our global ServiceNow platform. This role will serve as the senior technical authority for platform architecture, solution design, engineering standards, and long-term scalability.You will partner with platform leadership, engineers, enterprise architects, security teams, business stakeholders, and strategic vendors to modernize capabilities and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based from either Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Strategy: Define the enterprise ServiceNow technical roadmap, design standards, governance controls, and reusable solution patterns.Solution Design: Lead the architecture and technical design of complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.Platform Health & Governance: Champion scalable, upgrade-safe solutions by promoting out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization and reducing technical debt.Integration Architecture: Guide data and integration architecture across ServiceNow, CMDB, service mapping, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, and connected enterprise systems.Innovation & AI: Evaluate and guide the adoption of modern capabilities including Now Assist, AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, and enterprise self-service.Technical Leadership: Advise platform leadership and business stakeholders while providing mentorship and architectural guidance to developers, engineers, and implementation partners.
