RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking Senior Windows Systems Engineer for one of it's local clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4+ years experience as a Windows System Engineer with extensive experience building an image from the ground up. Ideal candidate should be able to build an image, deploy the image and trouble shoot issues with the desktop or servers.
Job responsibilities would include:
Creating images for POS terminals using deployment workbench, troubleshooting current problems including ability to propose and building new scalable solution
improving our current remote management solution, software patch management, anti-virsecurity updates, and managed backup
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidate should have experience with scripting and PowerShell automation, opening log files and understanding the process of interacting with the drivers, managing drivers for equipment, manage group policy for POS machines, using WDS to manage deployment server and building secure firewalls and GPOs for images
Experience with PowerShell and VBS. Experience with Point-of-sale devices is a plus
This is a senior level position so candidates must have several years of related experience and have a strong focus on ability to trouble shoot current problems and reimaging devices and an understanding and ability to make recommendations for changes to promote future growth

Experience with ManageEngine & LogMeIn.
Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
Experience connecting POS devices to multiple peripherals
