Description We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Financial Reporting Manager in the service industry, located in Dallas, Texas. This role is focused on providing top-tier financial reporting and accounting services. This is a short-term contract role, where you will work closely with our corporate team, providing support during a period of medical leave.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting adhering to GAAP and US GAAP regulations Oversee and manage the general ledger Conduct month-end close processes efficiently Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed Maintain and update customer credit records Process customer credit applications with precision and speed Implement and manage financial reporting systems and methodologies Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures Requirements Proven expertise in Financial Reporting Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting and US GAAP Experience in managing Month End Close procedures Proficiency in working with General Ledger Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
