Our growing design and build client near Downtown Dallas is looking for a Marketing Manager! This FULL-TIME, onsite opportunity starts in May.

The Marketing Manager is the marketing subject matter expert upon whom the firm's Dallas- and Austin-based partners will rely for strategy, execution and results.

The successful Marketing Manager confidently flexes between creative, strategy and analytics and thrives in an autonomous role.

Marketing Manager Requirements
- 7 to 10 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's highly preferred
- Proven writing and/or content creation skills
- A portfolio or samples showcasing your past projects
- B2B marketing and AEC industry experience
- High degree of business acumen and analytics
- Salesforce experience preferred

Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop market insights for key regions and niches
- Create and drive execution of marketing strategies for industry associations, external communications, advertising
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Track, analyze and report ROI of campaigns and efforts
- Write copy and content for all marketing materials
- Ideate with and present strategies to leadership
- Actively attend client and industry events
- Develop capabilities presentations and proposal materials
- Manage prospect marketing efforts (job site signage, groundbreaking ceremonies, LinkedIn, leadership speaking engagements, drip campaigns, trade shows, client events)
- Create and track marketing and client experience plans for each job and implement with business development team
- Identify and capture marketing opportunities on jobsite
- Collaborate weekly with marketing peers
- Coordinate execution of projects with creative team
