Has the ability to manage issues more complex and/or sensitive in nature, and provides guidance to less experienced or more junior members of the team.Serves as point of contact for the Human Resources (HR) Shared Service Center escalations, highly confidential, and high visibility services. Responsible for providing exceptional in-depth service for HR Service Center related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, and operates with minimal manager direction.Partners with leadership and team to review performance outcomes against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensures that handoffs, communication and interactions are customer focused, seamless and delivered with high quality. Responsible for training new hires.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the management of cases, including but not limited to the following: General HR inquiries, Benefits, Staffing Operations, Payroll, etc.Receives the most complex cases from Tier 1 & 2 Support team members within functional specialties, to research and resolve issues in a timely, effective, and accurate manner.Has advanced understanding of HR Service offerings and their implementation and processes, including but not limited to payroll, onboarding, talent acquisition, data management, learning & development, and leave of absence.Manages escalations, highly visibility, and confidential cases across all HR Operations Services to ensure high quality remediation or resolution.Coaches and trains new hires on standard HR Shared Services practices, processes, and policies. Provides less experienced team members with development of skill sets in managing and handling of their work.Builds key relationships within CBRE to work cross-functionally in order to gather information for inquiries that require additional research and avoid ticket escalation.Works on and delivers training materials, maintains reference documentation, and supports with the upkeeping of HR guides and policies in our systems.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
