Description:Job Description: Project Manager to lead Operating Model Change Overall project manager for implementing Operating Model changes across the Technology organization including change management. o Understand the current and new Operating Model o Create and maintain approach to rollout of the Operating Model adjustments across Technology o Create, maintain, and execute Project, Change Management, and Communication plans o Work closely with Technology Management on Operating Model budget impacts and tracking PMP Certified Project Manager with experience in leading Operating Model or Change Management projects across organization Organizational Development and or Certified Change Practitioner preferred (Certified Prosci Change Manager other Change Management experience) DFW location strongly preferred, May require some travel to the Dallas HDQ 15 years of experience in project/program management Including 5 years of experience leading operational and/or organizational changes Experience managing custom, COTS, and off the shelf technology projects Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall processSkills:Project management, Stakeholder management, Jira, Pmp, real estate experienceTop Skills Details:Project management,Stakeholder management,JiraAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
