Interested? Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do. As a Workday Student Financials & Financial Aid Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:

Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations as it relates to Workday Student Financials & Financial Aid

Interact with client leadership and staff to implement technology-enabled business solutions.

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects.

Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication.

Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), Internet research tools, etc.

Mentor junior staff & assist in proposal development, as requested.

Bachelor's degree required.

5 years of workday/consulting or equivalent experience

2 years of professional experience serving the higher education sector, preferably through a large consulting firm

Experience leading/contributing to at least 1 full life cycle Workday Student Financials and/or Workday Student Financial Aid solution.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project trave.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Workday Student certified

Knowledge with a Student ERP system, preferably Workday or desire to re-tool into Workday
