Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for temperature-controlled shipment solutions as well as other products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demands.
Identify market trends and customer insights to enhance product differentiation and value proposition, focusing on innovation and service quality in temperature-sensitive logistics.
Create business cases and presentations to gain stakeholder buy-in for new product initiatives.
Conduct user research, surveys, and competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning within the cold-chain logistics sector as well as refine the product roadmap.
Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable product features and improvements.
New Product Launch
Lead the end-to-end product launch lifecycle from ideation through development, testing, and launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs.
Define product launch goals, KPIs, and success metrics, and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning materials, and customer training resources.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure products comply with all relevant regulatory standards, such as those set by the FAA, TSA, IATA, EU GDP, and other global cold-chain requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting temperature-controlled logistics and adjust product strategies accordingly.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to conduct risk assessments and to manage product audits, certifications, and documentation requirements, ensuring the highest standards for product integrity and safety.
Temperature-Controlled Logistics Expertise
Leverage a deep understanding of temperature-sensitive logistics, including materials, packaging, transportation modes, and monitoring solutions, to enhance product quality and reliability.
Identify and implement temperature monitoring technologies, data loggers, and automated reporting systems to improve shipment tracking and compliance.
Engage with suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics partners to drive innovation and optimize cold-chain processes.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in logistics is a plus.

Experience in product management (5+ years) with a focus on temperature-controlled logistics, cold chain, or regulated industries.
Regulatory knowledge in temperature-sensitive industries (e.g., pharma, food safety) and familiarity with global standards (e.g., GDP, FDA, IATA).

Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams at all levels within the organization and external partners.
