Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Recruitment:Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality therapy professionals.Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.Candidate Engagement:Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Effectively communicate the benefits of working at MGA Homecare, highlighting the company culture, mission, and career development opportunities.Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.Collaboration & Strategy:Partner with the Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.Collaborate with the onboarding and human resources teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.Utilize data to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.Compliance & Administration:Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations.
