Our commitment to career development has created tenure and loyalty that enables us to perpetuate our family atmosphere.Job DescriptionOmni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic leader to support the Travel Industry Sales team; this position plays a key role in managing, analyzing, and organizing Omni’s partnership with their global Travel Management Company (TMC), Consortia and corporate account relationships. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Manage select relationships with TMC/Consortia agency accounts through strategic account management.
Responsible for contract negotiation and execution in line with Omni’s revenue cost of sales goals.
Manage partnership funds including all marketing allocations
Responsible for Pay for Performance modeling, implementation, and strategic analysis.
Responsible for RFP solicitation, bid submission and rate loading for specific accounts.
Responsible for marketing plan creation and execution for assigned account base.
Conduct Quarterly business reviews, attend tradeshows, and actively participate and represent the brand in industry organizations and events.
Work strategically with TMC/Consortia agencies to increase market share performance.
Work with the hotels to identify revenue opportunities within the TMC/consortia segment.
QualificationsRequirements:
Hotel and/or TMC/Consortia background- 5+ years minimum, with specific expertise around the corporate segment.
Business acumen in relation to ROI, budgeting, forecast analysis, partnership agreement modeling.
Demonstrated experience managing a business development or sales function in the assigned market segment or a similar area of business
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Superior oral and written skills
Ability to present to large audiences
Demonstrated knowledge of hotels, hotel sales and marketing, and business planning
College degree or equivalent preferred.
