Leads various sized project teams on engagements in an inclusive, collaborative and fast-paced environment, defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritize responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results while assisting in the financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing and collections;

Engages proactively with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations utilizing active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;

Prepares final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;

Possesses knowledge of stakeholder management and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support;

Builds and enhances client relationships enabling identification of additional consulting projects, and supporting the development process, responding to requests for proposals, etc.; and,

Leads, coaches, and motivates team members, promoting a collaborative work environment by providing strategic and balanced oversight, proactively sharing insights, knowledge and experience.

Broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and their administration;

Standard and non-traditional job evaluation methodologies, senior and executive compensation, salary structures, merit budget development;

Payroll administration, day to day processes, ability to understand the payroll life cycle and challenges;

Equity/Stock based compensation and international treatment;

Talent/Job architecture and salary structure;

Compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;

Compensation and Benefits accounting and valuations; and,

Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
