Through our numerous platforms, managed services, or full outsourcing to front to back-office functions, Solutions Operations offers flexible and unique solutions tailored to client needs.Responsibilities and Impact:S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks. Candidate should display strong financial adaptability, PC skills, and expect full accountabilities for all assigned projects.
Review system generated reports for sensitive activity such as capitalized interest, unsettled trade updates, and facility increases.
Review all previous day’s principal activity such as paydowns, borrowings, facility increases, etc.
Perform merge/move requests on assets from the Loan Reference Data Team.
Ensure eligible loan contracts are subscribed to WSO Data.
Perform QC checks in the WSO Data environment.
Daily tracking of individual and team metrics.
Maintain Microsoft Access database to track errors.
Interact with appropriate individuals to ensure QCd exceptions are resolved.
Work with Operations and Client Support teams to ensure data integrity and processing efficiency.
Perform various project based tasks designed to ensure data integrity.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289 to $91,872.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Business/Finance/Accounting strongly recommended.
Strong Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite
Strong work ethic – organized, detail oriented, analytical, task driven
