Conducts case file review of Youth program.Manages surveillance of workforce activities and uses statistical sampling, audit, and observation techniques to evaluate compliance with policies and adherence to contract requirementsAssists with creating and updating standard operating proceduresPerforms monthly center Personal Identifiable Information checks to monitor compliance with Board/Equus policiesProvides policy clarification and technical support to center staffHelps with financial audits to include support services and worksite agreement contracts Writes, reviews, and/or updates quality improvement plan itemsOrganizes and participates in Administrative Quality Committee at a minimum of five per yearPresents consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement - Recommends corrective action plans in weekly reports to Project Director Follows up on previously implemented corrective action plans Establishes corrective action plans promptly
