Do you have a passion for food, leadership, and Southern hospitality? We’re an established Cajun restaurant serving authentic Louisiana cuisine, and we’re seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee our busy kitchen and lead our team to success.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and work closely with ownership on menu planning.
Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the heart and soul of Cajun cooking.
Maintain a calm and productive kitchen culture, even during peak hours
Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Cajun cuisine (a plus!) or willingness to learn the authentic style.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Dedication to teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Food Manager Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
