Qualifications
Must have positive attitude and ability to be a team player that works with others
Experience in restaurant/customer service setting appreciated

Must have food handler certification or obtain within 30 days of employment

Experience with Deli slicer, a major plus
Responsibilities
As a Team Member(s), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests
You will work in a team-oriented family environment, to prepare/serve food and beverages
We look to maintain a clean and organized kitchen/dining area
You will be cross trained in all aspects of the restaurant (prep/proofing, grilling, hot and cold line, cashier)
Read, understand, & comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms (including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables)
Provide excellent customer service through order-taking and delivery
Display a sense of urgency, computer literacy, and cash-handling ability
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely/professional manner
Trash disposal and cleaning-up exterior as needed
Assist in opening or closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and cleaning equipment
Prep/cook French fries
Kitchen Prep (proofing/baking bread, marinating meats, chopping vegetables)
Prep hot and cold sandwiches
Assist with stocking and monitoring inventory
Grill and prepare sandwiches according to our brand recipe and ensure food quality meets company standards
Ensure that food items are cooked to order, adjusting cooking times and temperatures as needed
Work in coordination with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed promptly
Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen consistently throughout the shift, including regular cleaning of back of house walls, counters, and work surfaces
Sanitizing kitchen utensils, walk-in cooler/freezer upkeep, emptying trash cans, sweeping/mopping floors, wash dishes, and adhering to all food safety standards
Maintain a memorized knowledge of the menu, prices, and ingredients; keep abreast of modifications as necessary
Assist with conducting detailed daily inventory counts
Ability to stand for long periods and lift (up to) 25lbs

$12.00-15.00 per hour BASE PAY starting pay rate based on experience
PLUS $3-5 per hour in tip pooling (based on actual tips received)
