Starting Pay: $65k to $85k/year depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Review invoices, contracts, and change orders
Hire subcontractors and manage vendor relationships
Resolve project issues and ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate project records
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Familiarity with project management software
