Pick up truck necessary, Need RELIABLE worker who is free to clean shopping center parking lots in the morning arriving no later than 6:30am 3 days a week. It will only take about 1-2 hours a day to clean these lots all located at the same intersection. $200 a week. Handyman/general maintence experience is a huge plus as there will always be on site jobs from time to time I will offer you for more money on top of the regular pay. Opportunities for more work down the line as we get more contracts with more shopping centers in the area. All supplies will be provided.
Although this is a side job, it must be taken serious as we have to keep our contract providers satisfied to avoid losing business, so there’s 0 tolerance for any no shows or not fulfilling the duties thoroughly.
Duties involve:
sweeping lots in front and behind shopping center.
changing trash can receptacles
blowing sidewalks
