Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconcile incoming Invoice and record payments
Run customer credit cards for payment
Answering customer calls in a friendly manner
Receiving orders from our clients
Filing invoices
Assist with Accounts Receivable
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
