Our property Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a vast real estate portfolio for an experienced Real Estate Investor.
Duties will consist of:
Tenant Management
Screening potential tenants and processing applications
Collecting rent payments and managing late rent issues
Addressing tenant concerns and resolving disputes
Enforcing lease agreements and property rules
MUST HAVE SECTION 8 LEASING EXPERIENCE AND C PROPERTY EXPERIENCE TO QAUIFY FOR THIS POSITION. Please do not apply if you do not have the above qualifying skill and experience.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance activities
Responding to tenant maintenance requests promptly
Managing vendor relationships for repairs and upkeep
Performing routine property inspections
Financial Management:
Preparing and managing property budgets
Setting competitive rental rates
Tracking expenses and income related to the property
Generating financial reports for property owners
Marketing and Leasing:
Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants
Managing property listings and online presence
Showing properties to prospective tenants
Legal Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to local landlord-tenant laws
Staying updated on property management regulations
Handling eviction proceedings when necessary
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and vendors
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Financial literacy to manage budgets and track property finances
Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair procedures
Customer service skills to maintain tenant satisfaction
Legal knowledge of landlord-tenant laws
