Towneplace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown is searching for a Lead Engineer. Our Lead Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer and completes the following on a daily basis:
-Walks the property on a constant basis and removes litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds.
-Clean and maintain pool as directed
-Clean and maintain exterior grilling station as directed
-Maintain interior and exterior lights
Perform minor and routine maintenance repair on:
-Bathroom tiles, caulking, toilets, and sinks
-Kitchen Appliances, faucets, and sinks
-Door locks
-Painting of doors, walls, Etc.
-AC Filters on a quarterly basis
-Ensure upkeep of the property and maintain its curb appeal
-Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis.
-Ensures that storage areas always remain locked when not in use.
Prior experience with plumbing, painting and electrical preferred.
