Prime Collision is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth. We are a collision shop dedicated to providing top-quality automotive repair services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the collision repair shop.
Perform high-quality automotive repairs, including frame straightening, welding, panel replacement, and refinishing.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to collision damage.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with the front office staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and repair techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in collision repair.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
