Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Mover to join our team! As a Lead Mover, you will be responsible for overseeing moving jobs, ensuring efficient packing, loading, and transportation of clients' belongings. You'll lead a team of movers, provide direction, and ensure safety standards are followed throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of movers on moving day.
- Safely load and unload furniture and belongings.
- Manage and organize the moving schedule.
- Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and truck.
Requirements:
- Previous moving experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to speak in Spanish and English is required.
