Remote Customer Service Rep

Candidates CANNOT be located GA, AR, CA, NH, NY, SD, or WALocation: 100% remote Pay Rate: $14.50/$15 per hour Schedule: Sunday-Saturday; 6am CST – 10pm CST (candidates must be available during hours of operation, will be 8 hour shifts with 2 days off) Experience Level: Entry Level Description: The main function of a Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.

Customer Service Specialists will be taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling.

Specialists will take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day.

Qualifications:

1+ year of call center experience

Sales and upselling experience - nice to have

GED/High school diploma
