Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: You will be on the campaign that is calling members and assisting them with schedule vaccination appointments.Perform an outreach calling campaign for members eligible for the White Glove program. Agents will follow a script and conduct phone calls to address patient needs in an open-ended way. The type of assistance provided include appointment scheduling, obtaining referrals or test results, medication assistance, activities of daily living, and social determinants of health. They also address health plan and drug plan satisfaction by answering questions related to benefit coverage or connecting patients to mail order pharmacy services. Responsibilities:

Outbound Voice (dialer) – You will be on an auto-dialer.

Outbound phone calls to follow up on unresolved patient issues.

Assisting members with access to care, care coordination, access to medications, and social determinants of health.

Back to back calls that can reach up to 100+ calls per day.

Setting preventative care appointments and educating members on their health plans, encouraging them to enroll in the community centers.

Skills and Qualifications:

1 year call center/customer support experience.

Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is a plus!

Excellent Communication, both verbal and written.

Ability to navigate multiple applications and multi-task.

Understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Teams
