Candidate will perform diverse secretarial duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making for a mid size architectural firm. Detail oriented candidates will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. Also must adapt to procedures, processes and techniques. Duties include writing proposals, reports, correspondence, create travel schedules, etc. Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned. Effective interpersonal skills, communication skills, written skills and good judgment in confidential situations a must. Some knowledge of human resources a plus.
