Title:  Tool and Die MachinistReports to:  Tool and Die SupervisorJob Purpose:  Ultimately responsible for minor repair and maintenance of dies, punches, tool steel, and fixtures.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Determine the extent and method of repair to dies by means of careful inspection and accurate measurement.Perform repair operations to dies.Set up and operate standard milling machine, lathe, drill press, grinder and other machine tools as directed under general supervision.Design and manufacture tools and fixtures for new products.Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor.Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards.
