Dual Language Immersion teachers speak Spanish throughout the day with the students and conduct lessons under the direction of a trained Montessori teacher. This is a full-time position as a member of a teaching team to deliver on our mission to develop a lifelong love of learning in our students , while exposing students to the Spanish language.Associate Responsibilities● Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;● Speak the Spanish language throughout the day to provide a dual-language experience for students and create and implement Spanish lessons with students in accordance with the Montessori philosophy;● Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment;● Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;● Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;● Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.Associate Requirements● Native Spanish speaker● Minimum Required: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework● Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development)● At least 18 years oldSchool Name 338 - Legendary ID 2024-48059 Category Teacher and School Staff Position Type Regular Full-Time
