The Commercial Property Manager will oversee management operations within their territory including:  Direct and oversee tenant reconciliations for operating expenses, taxes, and insurance. Track property expenses to ensure alignment with budget. Communicate with Operations and Facilities teams regarding property concerns. Conduct periodic travel to properties for routine inspections. Manage Property Inspection Reports to ensure timely delivery, budget, and overall project ownership. Maintain the Regional Occupancy and NOI Report. Develop detailed property capital plans. Utilize verification techniques to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using internal systems and techniques. Assign tenant work orders to Operations, Facilities, or preferred vendors as needed. Develop business processes to effectively manage vendors. Manage situations outside the typical scope of a real estate professional and think creatively. Address problems through risk management presenting recommendations to the Senior Asset Manager. Participate in annual budget preparation.
