Mandatory
High school diploma or GED; 2+ years proven customer support/client service experience; Account management and coordination experience; Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; Exceptional communication skills across a variety of mediums; The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Three main daily responsibilities: 1) Loading packages onto drone for delivery. 2) Answering customers queries via phone, email, or possibly in person. 3) Managing daily inventory.
