10+ years of relevant Digital Solutions Management, working across multiple digitial channels (including web and mobile). Will be accountable for managing a team responsible for strategic implementation, ongoing support and future enhancements across those various digital channels within the organziation.
Must have experience working in Financial & Banking Industry
Must have formal leadership experience, directly managing team members
Working closely with various lines of business and product management teams to help drive companywide initiatives involving the digital channels.
Extensive experience managing and developing vendor relationships
Extensive work experience developing product roadmaps
Experience with Payment Channels, and automated transactions. Will help drive initiatives to upgrade and enhance existing payment channels (ACH, wires, debit cards, etc.).
Conducting research on new and emerging trends within technology as it relates to companywide initiatives
Preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership and board of directors
Making recommendations that best suit the company's needs
Well-versed in formal project management methodologies and related lifecycles such as software development and testing best practices.
