We look forward to working with you. 3+ years’ experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles. 4 Year of Experience in ITSM practice in managing ITIL processes like Governance, IM, CM, PM Etc. Should have excellent process understanding. Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 ITSM Engagements. Should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions. ITIL V3 Expert/ ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified.
