Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in the Textile Manufacturing industry based in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role, you will support the operations of our company through comprehensive leadership of accounting functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to utilize their skills in areas such as cash management, credit collections, financial reporting, and general ledger management.Responsibilities: Oversee cash management which includes billing and accounts receivable. Manage credit/collections consisting of Accounts Payable (AP) and cash disbursements. Supervise the General Ledger including outsourced, processed, and supervised payroll. Ensure compliance with Sales/Use/Property Tax filings. Be responsible for Financial Reporting, including annual operating and capital budgets. Manage independent accountant audits and tax compliance. Identify cost-cutting measures to improve profitability. Willingly perform bookkeeping functions, filing, and other aspects of a one-person Accounting Office. Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Manage accounts receivable (AR), annual budget, cash flow analysis, and collections. Oversee month-end close and full charge bookkeeping.
