Title: Manager II, Human ResourcesLocation: United States-Texas-Grand PrairieJob Number: 15944Implements Human Resources policies, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, Affirmative Action policies, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.
Provide support and strategic leadership to meet business objectives for AAR Component Services
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance, i.e. Affirmative Action, EEO, Department of Labor
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for company, including:
Strong recruiting and staffing skills
Performance management and improvement systems
Compensation management
Organizational development
Compliance of federal, state laws and regulations as well as company policy
Strong employee relation skills
Experience with performance management and succession planning
Employee development, training and retention
Manage unemployment
Understands need for and document human resource processes
Review company and department analyses costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated financial goals and objective
Act as catalyst for change management and provide leadership in these initiatives
Other various duties as assigned or needed
