As an MES Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system deployments, and ensure the seamless integration of MES solutions to optimize our manufacturing processes.You will make an impact by: Maintaining and supporting existing manufacturing solutions (incident management, updates, testing, user trainings) Conducting a thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and systems Collaborating with stakeholders to define MES implementation goals, objectives and requirement specifications Working closely with IT and engineering system teams to ensure compatibility and scalability Evaluating MES solutions to ensure they align with business requirements Configuring MES software to meet specific operational needs Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate MES functionality Conducting training sessions for end-users (Manufacturing Engineers, supervisors, shopfloor operators) Providing ongoing support and addressing user inquiries related to MES systems Monitoring interfaces between MES and other systems to ensure smooth operations Keeping documentation up-to-date with any system changes or updates Being the change agent to improve adaptability of digital solutions on the shopfloorYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in MES implementation within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of MES software(s), configuration and/or customization Familiarity with manufacturing processesPreferred Qualifications: Engineer-to-Order environment experience Experience with Siemens Opcenter Working knowledge of SAPApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
