Business Systems Analyst - PMO Platform Support

Responsible for providing Planview Enterprise One application support to IS Shared Services Project Managements Teams and other Information Services and MD Anderson Planview users, identifying opportunities for Planview workflow improvements, Planview Configuration, Design, Enhancements/defect fixes, testing activities and report development. Also manage IS Shared Services SharePoint site configuration, design, standardization, execution and support for IT Project sites.1.Provides technical and training support to end users of the Planview application and IS Shared Services SharePoint Sitea. Primary point of contact for IS Shared Services SharePoint site and Planview technical/administration support and assigned initiatives including Planview defect fixes, enhancements, testing and roll outs.b. Provides education and technical support to Planview end users including Planview workflows, standards and reportsc. Provides technical expertise with Planview applicationd. Creates and updates Planview reference documentation as needede. Provides support and/or participates in process improvement initiatives, software release updates or projects related to Planview. Participates in Planview enhancement and defect fixes.f. Attends all regularly scheduled PMO process meetings as it relates to Planview.

Partners and communicates with assigned customers / users and participates in problem identification and resolution activities

a. Educates Planview and IS Shared Services SharePoint users with the appropriate process workflow paths or possible solutions to requirements related to improvement initiatives.b. Actively seeks constructive feedback and remains receptive to itOther duties as assignedEducation Required: Bachelor's degree.Experience Required: Two years' experience in Epic software, domain, project management or workflow analysis.
