Description A dynamic and innovative law firm that specializes in Personal Injury is looking to hire a bilingual case manager to assist with high volume pre-litigation caseload. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service while managing and coordinating case load and administrative work.Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all pre-litigation aspects of a personal injury case.
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and any third party necessary for the case.
Collect, assess, and manage all necessary documentation such as medical records, police reports and insurance policies.
Evaluate and negotiate medical liens.
Identify potential issues or discrepancies within case documents.
Handle requests and queries in a timely, patient, and compassionate manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
