We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Case Manager to join our team of professionals.Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Legal Case Manager to handle complex case management tasks within our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with various members of the legal team.Responsibilities:
Oversee case management procedures and maintain comprehensive case files.
Liaise with attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries to ensure efficient progress of cases.
Facilitate communication among legal team members and clients.
Conduct administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and handling court document submissions.
Assist with legal research and drafting legal documents.
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
Prior experience as a Case Manager in a law firm setting.
Knowledge of legal case management systems and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
