Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today’s top model creators for each individual legal use case.About the RoleYou will execute on a strategic roadmap for expanding the North America Analytical content portfolio/L+AI foundational content and enhancing the existing content portfolio with a focus on driving market growth and incremental revenue. Responsibilities

Manage Legal Project Editors and content contractors supporting Secondary Content Expansion (CEX) in Analytical, Practical Guidance and Forms and Precedents and other LexisNexis departments as needed

Develop a deep network of author practice area experts; enhance author recruitment and retention strategies

Actively support development of AI-assisted content solutions to accelerate legal research and drafting techniques, adhering to evolving copyright requirements

Develop content quality review criteria and actively support auditing and drafting guidance to team; effectively oversee team resources, adjusting nimbly in response to evolving business priorities.

Develop a comprehensive content maintenance and resourcing plan

Drive adoption of editorial systems and harmonized practices globally

Monitor revenue and product usage data; leverage data and insights to propose new content and editorial features; actively manage the content expansion budget to ensure financial accountability

Engage with executive leaders and provide data-driven materials to ensure they are well-informed about progress and performance, and strategic alignment

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) required ; practice experience preferred

Experience in publishing, media, or legal content, with a deep understanding of legal content and market demands preferred

Prior people manag ement experience

Proven experience working with large, complex data sets using data analysis and visualization tools , e.g., Tableau , Excel

Strong financial acumen; advanced communication skills to influence stakeholders

Capacity to drive results in a highly matrixed organization
