Enterprise Technology Solutions Architect, Senior Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a value enterprise architect on medium-size to large opportunities involving applications maintenance, systems integration/applications development, and applications infrastructure support engagements. A candidate should have the ability to individually create solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop solutions in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions. Role Expectations

Architect the technology solution.

Represent the solution in conversation with Operating Group Leaders and Owners.

Drive the necessary technology delivery sign-off on solutions with proper input from the Operating Groups on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences.

Work with the Operating Group Sales Team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate/collaborate with delivery organization(s).

Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial, and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services.

Collaborate with the Operating Groups to provide input to Terms and Conditions, and in some cases, be accountable for specific contractual Terms and Conditions.

Work with Technology Leadership to identify Points of Contact for delivery. Where appropriate, lead stabilization efforts on client deals.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Need to Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on outsourcing and/or systems integration solutions.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technology Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in at least 1 current technology - Oracle, SAP, Workday, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
