At least 5 years' experience as a Functional Application Business Analyst
Must be process oriented
Experience working with functional teams to contribute with requirements gathering workshops and define solutions from a functional and process perspective
Experience being the liaison with 3rdparties for application support including utilizing current ticket system and or vendor ticket system
Ability to prepare functional specifications/requirements and review technical specifications/design documentation with IT development team members
Extensive knowledge of standard off the shelf applications, ERP's, Maximo, Supply Chain; Routing and Replenishment etc.
Extensive Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365. Considered a plus for knowledge of JIRA, General Computing Controls, and audit experience
Understanding and knowledge of incident management, problem management and change management through lifecycle including to production
Understand IT policies, best practices, and project management methodologies
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Functionally support multiple off the shelf applications and application related projects
Assist and or prepare business requirements, business processes, support scripts
Assist with documenting and understanding business processes, set up, configuration, and design
Ability to translate business requirements to technical team members
Analyze and decompose complex requirements
Perform gap analysis and recommend solution
Oversee the progress of the requests and requirements per the specification
Assist with the change management process
Validate the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications
Maintain standard set of templates and cycle as needed for approval
Assist with adding and routinely review of users to maintain security, compliance, and control policies, procedures, and standards
Troubleshooting and assisting as requested with the resolution of application issues and service requests
Assist with testing as required and requested
Functionally assist with the implementation of the approved design and perform/support defect resolution and testing efforts as well as cutover to the production environment with dedication and excellent quality for simple to complex development requirements
Review usage and activity reports and revise as needed to ensure optimal user-experiences
Support incident management, problem management and change management through lifecycle including to production
Provide functional recommendations and help facilitate effort estimates
Keep up to date with application developments and performing version updates and upgrades as requested and approved
Actively participate in and support organization development and process improvement initiatives
Adhere to IT policies, best practices, and project management methodologies
