Job Description

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display, programmatic and social advertising strategies across all of HexagroupB2B clients. You work with our overall digital marketing teams and report to our senior digital consultant.You are responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch

  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization

  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs

  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media

  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media

  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years search engine marketing (SEM) experience

  • 1-3 years experience with social media advertising

  • 1-3 year experience with display and programmatic advertising

  • Certified in Google adWords, Google Analytics and HubSpot a plus

  • Effective writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives

  • Proficient project management skills

  • Able to multi-task, organize, prioritize. and structure workload

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
