Functionally responsible for oversight of all Project Controls Organization (PCO) employees in US West Region, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, allocation, administration, performance reviews and professional development. Responsible for deploying Project Controls policies and procedures for the region and providing leadership to the Center of Excellence (CoE) project controls employees in Mexico City. Work with the Operational Regional Business Leads to implement organizational work processes, data structures and technology required for supporting Operations and Project Controls efforts. You will report directly to our Senior Program Controls Manager, and you’ll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate PCO activities on projects managed both locally and through the CoE, in order to ensure proper financial and operational control over the entire regional project portfolio. Advanced cost control skills on projects in both manufacturing and EPC environment. Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project metrics, reports, cost forecasts, revenue & billing projections, and schedules for regional project portfolio. Lead the implementation of standard Project Controls tool sets and work processes on all projects. Implement project scheduling standards, templates and models when required. Support Operations in managing project reviews, controls and reporting processes.Responsible for the project controls set up process on large strategic projects.Ensure integration of work processes with other HPS Regions and CoE groups in Americas and globally. Recruit, assign and manage Project Controls resources for the region. Implement Project Controls employee development plans and supporting requirements.
